For high-end-quality internal wiring of components. The ON.HIGH solidcore wires are the basis. These wires are glued together like a baked varnish coil. Therefor the cable will be soaked with the c37-varnish during building. This is the most effective method I know of to control the magnetic forces in the cable. The topology is similar to the speaker cable "exact" but without the glassfibre rods which are not necessary for permanent installation in an enclosure.

There is always room for improvement! Together with my metal supplier we improved surface quality of the silver and copper foil significantly. This is now highly glossy! And we raised thickness from 0.05 to 0.07 mm. The best foil I ever had.

Excellent high purity enamelled copper wire. With outstanding sound properties. I use this wire for my internal wiring kit and for the speaker cable "exact". The BW0 and BW1 cotton tubes are a perfect match for this wire.

These wires are best suited for making low resistance power connections, earth bars and star wiring. MD1 is a round wire with a diameter of 1.6 and MD2 is a flat copper wire with a width of 3.0 and a height of 1.25. The following glass fibre sleeves fit these wires perfectly and make them very resistant to mechanical stress.

LT4320 Ideal Diode
Bridge Rectifier
Standard rectifiers lose 2x0.7V forward voltage. Due to this loss, cooling is required above a certain current level. The LT4320 provides a remedy. This IC controls four MOSFETs like diodes. Minimal voltage drops across the MOSFETs. This means that a few 10 amperes are possible without major cooling measures. The circuit board is designed for dual mosfets. Footprint: PowerPAK 8 x 8L. More information on my Tuning-Seite. (German only) ATTENTION: two modules (double pack) are required for a symmetrical power supply (+/-).
Adapter-Print
SOIC14 to DIL14
A QUAD-OpAmp (which I like) is no longer available in a DIL14 package, but only in SOIC14. There are no adapters on the market. I realised why when I was doing the layout: the land pattern of the SOIC chip doesn't match the hole pattern of the DIL14 package. Pin 1, 3, 10 and 12 are slightly out of line. But if you use small wires instead of pin rows, you can ‘bend’ it to fit.

The connection terminal to the silver jack. The standard model has a width of 80mm and a height of 60mm. The distance between the jacks is 40mm. The bridge clamps spades via the central locking device. If bananas are to be plugged in, the bridge is parked vertically or removed.

Cryo-tuning specifically for audio is offered by CoolTech in Austria, among others. As far as I know, cryo-treatment was developed for motor sports before audio-enthusiasts discovered it. It is kind of aging the material that leads into a relaxed structure in the material. Already the old Japanese buried their Samurai swords into the snow over the winter to be successful in the battle ...
